Some of the techniques in this workshop	3 - 5 Day Workshop Beads as The Primary Design Element on Art Quilts Start by exploring line and form through a variety of fun design development exercises and record your discoveries for future reference in a design journal. Then, Nancy will lead you through a myriad of abstract, lush, textural beading stitches and processes; mostly her own discoveries. Participants will be given time to adapt and explore the presented beading techniques while making small beaded fabric based units without a preconceived idea of how the units might be attached to form an original art quilt wall hanging. This design as you go method of creating a beaded fabric collage is both enjoyable and liberating!
